He has built products, teams, and businesses from the ground up, from launching and monetising net new products at companies like Hootsuite and Rightmove, to leading enterprise growth and strategy at Productboard, to being a founder at Colab Cohorts, a company that now supports the product development of teams such as Visa, Xero, and BBC.
John Bowker
Product Director and Partner at Colab
John is a product and technology leader with 20+ years in tech (Auror, Xero). He started as an engineer, then moved into product management, and has spent the past decade in product leadership roles. He brings hands on experience spanning discovery, delivery, technical execution, and building high performing software teams.
Tesh Patel
Director of Forward Deployed Engineering, Productboard
Tesh leads Productboard's Forward Deployed Engineering team, which he built by reinventing a traditional sales engineering function around SEs who consult and deploy alongside customers rather than demo to them. He leads go to market for Productboard's institutional AI System, and works directly with CPOs and product leaders on where AI actually belongs in how their teams operate. Fifteen years in enterprise software across Salesforce, Hootsuite and Productboard. Based in London.
